You can use civil 3d by using e xportkml command, or go to civil 3d's toolspace>toolbox tab>misc utilities>expand export kml> select export kml. if you are using a 2018 or earlier release: there is no built in option to bring in kml kmz data.
use the mapimport command, which allows or importing google kml and kmz files. you want to know if there is a way to bring in kml or kmz data into autodesk® autocad® civil 3d® or autodesk® autocad® map 3d®.
